What does the treatment journey with NextGen look like?

The journey follows six steps: you contact us via WhatsApp, share your medical reports (such as CT scans or MRI results), have a free online consultation with a specialist, receive a treatment plan with an estimated cost, take the time you need to review and decide, and once you’re ready, we accompany you from departure through the completion of your treatment.

How long does the initial consultation and coordination process take?

This varies depending on your condition and how complete your medical records are. Generally, our team can arrange an initial review and free consultation within a few days of receiving your reports. Coordination timelines after that depend on the hospital’s schedule and the type of treatment required — our team keeps you informed at every stage.

Can NextGen help if I’ve already started treatment elsewhere?

Yes. We can help you access a second opinion from our partner specialists, even if you’ve already begun treatment or received a diagnosis elsewhere. You’ll need to share your existing medical reports and test results so our partner doctors can properly assess your case before advising on next steps.

Do you assist with visa and travel arrangements?

Yes. Once your treatment plan is confirmed, our coordination support includes help with travel-related logistics — such as a supporting letter from your treating doctor for visa applications if needed, and connecting you with trusted arrangements for travel and accommodation.
